Sharni Vison, an Australian American dancer/actor, was born on the 22nd of July 1983 in Sydney Australia. Her first appearance was in the year 201. She had a smaller role as a character in Home and Away. The performance she gave in that small part was so captivating that the casting agent of the show asked her to play the main characters in the show. Although she did try out to play the part, she was not selected. The role was instead set in the series in the role of Cassie Turner. The character is young struggling girl living in foster care. Her performance was highly praised by the audience and the critics for her portrayal. At the age of six, her dad brought her an acting coach to help her. She was given guest roles as a child in the television show The Love Boat T.J. Hooker. When she was 17, Donna Martin, the main character on Beverly Hills 90210's commercially successful show, offered her a role that made her a star. Spelling Television, her father's company of productions, produced the show. Because of that role she became a nominee of two Young Artist Awards. In the years that followed she gained acclaim as a television actress. She was on A Friend to Die For in 1994 A Carol Christmas 2003 and The Last Sharknado It's about Time in the year 2018. In the following years, she shifted to independent films including The House of Yes which was released in 1997 Scary Movie 2 in 2001 Kiss the Bride in 2007 and Izzie's Road Home in the year 2016 and many more. In 2019 she recast Donna Martin's role in Beverly Hills 90210 spin-off.
